
The APBF is a membership consortium and networking association open to supplier organisations and professionals registered with Aprodex, the on line, interactive Global Corporate Security and Defence Supplier Resource.
The aim of the APBF is to:
- Optimise partnerships: to bring together the diverse expertise within Aprodex to grow a strong business network of and for operational security and support services worldwide.
- Provide a point of contact for Commerce and Industry, in order to facilitate the collaborations needed to identify and exploit new business opportunities and partnerships
- Liaise with the end user community and the major project leader organisations to identify their asset protection requirements and use this knowledge to promote SME capabilities
- Extend the online platform provided by Aprodex for SMEs to promote their operational security and support services, skills and experience via regular informal networking events.
- Develop a robust, peer-led and peer reviewed association of verifiable and credible industry contacts in order to enhance transparency, professional standing and accountability.
APBF Membership
By coming together under one umbrella, Membership of the Forum enables delegates to engage with each other, and end users across commerce and industry, at general and sector/service specific networking events, in order to discuss current and potential Risk Management, Operational Security and Support needs in an informal environment. Provisional Membership
Companies that register with Aprodex (Standard Free Profile) automatically receive Provisional Membership status, enabling them to be kept informed of events via newsletter broadcasts.
Corporate Membership - £650 per year (+VAT)
Companies registering for Corporate Membership of APBF are afforded a Full Profile on Aprodex as part their annual subscription, thereby benefitting from all the associated on line advanced marketing features that come with a Full Profile status.
Member Companies have FREE access to the contact details of Buyers who have placed Business Requests on the Aprodex Bulletin Board (Non-members are required to pay for business leads)
In addition, Member Companies receive invitations for delegates to attend general and specific networking events as and when they are held throughout the year.
By linking Membership to on line Profiles, organisations will be able to benefit from increased on-line branding and visibility throughout the period of membership, increasing transparency and providing members with an enhanced and sustained business development capability both on and off line.
Professional Membership - £125 per year (+VAT)
Individuals subscribe to annual Professional Membership of the APBF. Members receive invitations to attend the Forum's regular general events, designed to promote business development and employment opportunities within the sector, specifically amongst those registered with Aprodex.
